Terms and Conditions
Deliveries placed online or by phone to businesses are between 9am-5pm and between 8am-6pm for residences. On Valentine’s Day and in December, deliveries to residences are between 8am-7pm.
For special delivery times, please call our office at (818) 502-2013. Due to high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee special delivery times on Valentine’s Day & December 1 through December 24.
We accept same day orders until 11:00 am. We cannot guarantee same day delivery to the following cities: Malibu, Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, Rancho Cucamonga, Alta Loma, Mira Loma, Eastvale, Corona, Ontario, Montclair, Upland, Claremont, Norco, Foothill Ranch, El Toro, parts of Anaheim Hills, parts of Yorba Linda, Newport Coast, Corona Del Mar, parts of Newport Beach, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo and Ladera Ranch. To be guaranteed delivery to any of these cities, you must order before 4:30 pm the previous day.
We guarantee delivery to the address as given, not to a person. Packages that are refused, or deemed undeliverable due to the following: Gated property, guard animal or empty property will be brought back to our facility. Customer will then be contacted and offered a redelivery for an additional fee.
Deliveries going to residences will be left at the door if no one is home. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen from the doorstep, or affected by weather problems, animal or insect attack or any other occurence. And we are not responsible if the package will not be accepted by the recipient.
**If a residence is gated or an incorrect address is given and we cannot make the delivery, a new delivery fee will be required to have to return for a 2nd delivery attempt.
Deliveries to businesses can be accepted by any person at the delivery address.
**We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen.
**If for any reason we cannot make the delivery, such as: the business is closed/locked or we are unable to get into the building, a new delivery fee will be required to have to return for a 2nd delivery attempt.
**We are not responsible if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery, or if the package will not be accepted by the business. We will contact the customer to discuss a redelivery, and a new delivery fee will be charged for a 2nd delivery attempt.
We will never leave a package outside if a business is closed, however we will try to leave the package with a neighboring business/office.
Delivery charges are based on the zip code where the package will be delivered. The shopping cart page has a calculator. Just enter California and the destination zip code. You may also call our office at (818) 502-2013 for a quote.
**If a re-delivery is required, due to circumstances beyond the control of Snookies, a new delivery fee (based on zip code) will be added to your credit card. Please provide as much information as possible about the recipient and the recipient’s location, such as phone number, gate code, building location, building number, etc.
**If the zip code entered on the order is incorrect, then the difference in the fee from old zip code entered to new zip code given will be applicable.
Deliveries to Studios, Hospitals, Hotels and Colleges
When delivering gifts to these types of addresses, we guarantee delivery to the mail room or receiving department at the location. It is then the responsibility of this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mail room or receiving department may not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.
You can cancel your order at any time before the driver is on route for your delivery. We will charge a 25% restocking fee if the package has already left Snookies.

We ship with FedEx everywhere in the United States with the exception of Alaska & Hawaii.
Snookies Cookies and FedEx are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any delays in delivery due to an incomplete address, including but not limited to an apartment unit or suite number, a wrong zip code or wrong address of recipient. Please check all of your addresses carefully.
We cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide and ensure the correct address when giving an order in person or by phone or over the internet.
Any change in the delivery address when the package is already in route to the destination will incur a $15 UPS charge for such correction, which also may still be subject to delay in delivery.
Please be aware, that due to the supreme freshness of our cookies and lack of preservatives, our cookies are more fragile, therefore, we are not responsible for broken cookies due to shipping.
Also, Snookies Cookies and FedEx are not responsible for any delay in delivery due to weather conditions, such as severe snow or hurricane or the closure of airports due to adverse weather conditions.
In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
If Snookies Cookies or FedEx is at fault for your package not being delivered, Snookies Cookies will refund or resend your package on the next available date.
Saturday/Sunday shipping with FedEx is unavailable.
FedEx orders with milk – For all FedEx orders, we send a 1 quart box of shelf stable milk.
We try to accommodate special requests, such as certain cookie flavors, or certain balloon and bow colors, as much as possible. Due to high volume of orders, we cannot accept special requests on Valentine’s Day and December 1 – December 24.
Our products contain dairy, eggs, wheat and nuts. We ask that individuals who are allergic to dairy, eggs, wheat and nuts please refrain from eating our product. We do offer the option of cookies without nuts, however these may still contain trace amounts of nuts or nut oils and if allergic, recommend that you do not consume our products.
Any order cancelled before it leaves Snookies will receive refund in full. Any order cancelled after it leaves Snookies is subject to 25% restocking fee.
Any personal information we retain is for our purposes only, we do not sell your information to other vendors or businesses.
