FAQ/Shipping policies


What time do you deliver?
Deliveries placed online to businesses are between 9am-5pm and between 9am-6pm for residences.  (For special delivery times, please call)
 
Can deliveries be placed same day?
Yes, by 1:00 PM

What if no one is there to accept the package

Deliveries going to residences will be left at the door if no one is home.  For businesses, anyone who works for the company can sign for it.

How much is it to deliver?
Deliveries are based on the zip code it will go to.  Please call our office at (818) 502-2013 for a quote.

The package never got there.  Can I get my package be redelivered?
If a redelivery is required, a new delivery fee (based on zip code) will be added to your credit card.

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at anytime before the driver is on route for your delivery.  ***We charge a 25% restocking fee if the package has already been made.
***The fee will be based on the item that is being cancelled.


Where do you ship?
We ship with UPS everywhere in the United States with the exception of Alaska & Hawaii.

Shipping Policy

Snookies Cookies and UPS is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any delays

in delivery or a non-delivered package due to an incomplete address,

including but not limited to an apartment, unit or suite number, a wrong

zip code or wrong address of recipient.

Please check all of your addresses

carefully. We can not extend our guarantee to orders for which we are

given an incorrect address.

It is the customer's

responsibility to provide and ensure the correct address when giving an

order in person or by phone or over the internet.

***Any change in the

delivery address when the package is already in route to the

destination will incur a $15 UPS charge for such correction, which also

may still be subject to delay in delivery.

Please be aware, that due to the supreme

freshness of our cookies and lack of preservatives, our cookies are

more fragile, therefore, we are not responsible for broken cookies due

to shipping.

***Also, Snookies Cookies and UPS is not responsible for any
delay in delivery due to weather conditions, such as severe snow or the closure of airports due to adverse weather
conditions.

In an effort to ensure that your gift

arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or

greater value.
 

(However, if Snookies Cookies or UPS is at fault for your package not being delivered,  Snookies Cookies will refund or

resend your package on the next available date.)

***If you would like your gift to arrive on a particular day please use Overnight Shipping service to guarantee your delivery date

Deliveries to Studios, Hospitals, Hotels and Colleges
When

delivering gifts to these types of addresses, we guarantee delivery to

the mail room or receiving department at the location. It is then the

responsibility of this department to deliver the package to the correct

recipient. This may cause delays as the mail room or receiving department

does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.
 
Do you ship milk?
Yes, we do. For local deliveries the milk comes over ice, with cups and napkins and wrapped.  When milk is shipped outside of our local delivery area (via UPS), we send an organic shelf milk that does not require refrigeration.

What if I have allergies?
Our products contain dairy, eggs, wheat and nuts. We ask that individuals who are allergic to dairy, eggs, wheat and nuts please refrain from eating our product.

Can I place more then one order on the website?
If you would like to place more then 1 order going to the same location, please contact our store to order at (818) 502-2013.
What do you charge for delivery?
Delivery fee is based off of zip code.  Please call our store for prices.

What if I enter a wrong zip code?

If the zip code entered on the order is incorrect, then the difference in the fee from old zip code entered to new zip code given may be applicable.

What about holidays?
NO SPECIAL TIMES will be
