A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS


The management of Snookies Cookies would like to deeply apologize to our customers for the tremendous amount of technology issues that plagued us this past Christmas, from our website being down or extremely slow, our phone system crashing, causing constant disconnected calls or long waits, and the unfortunate domino effects that resulted in disabling our faxing and scanning abilities and slowing our entire computer system.  


Our staff has tried to handle all issues as well as they could under these difficult circumstances.  Also, our offices are further compromised right now, as we are temporarily under construction, but still working as best we can with the uncomfortable conditions.   


We would also like to apologize for any inconveniences to our customers for shipping issues beyond our control.  These are also currently being addressed.
