Q1. Do you deliver?
A1. We hand deliver orders throughout Southern California. Specifically, most of Los Angeles and Orange counties and parts of Ventura, San Bernadino & Riverside counties. To check if we deliver to a specific area enter the zip code of the destination on the home page. If we deliver to that zip code you be taken to the Southern California delivery portion of this web site (identified by the state of California and our delivery van in the upper left hand corner of the page). If we do not deliver to that zip code you be taken to the nationwide portion of this web site (identified by the map of the entire country and the airplane in the same spot).

Q2. Is there a charge for delivery?
A2. Yes there is a delivery charge. The delivery charge is not included in the price of the gift item. That charge is determined by the zip code in which the gift package is being delivered. For hand delivery throughout Southern California the delivery charge is fixed based on the zip code and not on the size or weight of the package.

Q3. Do you deliver outside of Southern California?
A3. We ship gift packages anywhere in the United States via FedEx. We send packages either 2nd day air or next day air (priority next day where available). We're sorry, but we do not ship outside of the U.S.

Q4. How is the shipping charge determined?
A4. The shipping charge is based on both the weight of the package and the type of service desired (2nd day, standard next day or priority next day). During the check out process you will be asked to choose which service you prefer.

Q5. Will the cookies be fresh if they are sent 2nd day?
A5. Absolutely! We wrap each cookie individually to ensure their freshness upon arrival.

Q6. Can you ship balloons?
A6. Unfortunately balloons cannot be shipped. They are only available for hand delivery. We do have other festive decorations to make your gift special though.

Q7. What are your hours?
A7. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am to 3:00pm. We are closed on Sundays.

A8. We are in Glendale, California (just outside of downtown Los Angeles). Our address is 1753 Victory Blvd. Glendale, CA 91201. For directions to our store please email us or call us at (818)502-2013. We have a retail store where you can purchase individual cookies, cookies by the dozen or gift packages. You can also schedule a gift item to be picked up at a specific time as well as set up a delivery.

Q9. How do I pay for my order?
A9. All orders placed online, by phone or by fax must be paid for prior to being sent out by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may pay by cash or check in our retail store in Glendale, CA. Orders may be paid for by check by mail; send Attn. Order Desk. Snookies Cookies. 1753 Victory Blvd. Glendale, CA 91201. Payment must be verified before your order will be sent out.

Q10. What do you do if the recipient is not home at the time of the delivery?
A10. We guarantee the delivery to the address given and not to the recipient. If the person is not home we will either have someone else sign for the package or if not available we will leave the package by the door (or in the office).

Q11. How far in advance do I have to place my order?
A11. We do same day deliveries based on driver availability. Orders placed at least a day in advance can always be guaranteed. You may also place your order as far in advance as you like. For nationwide shipping, orders placed by 3pm Pacific Time can be sent out the same day.

Q12. Do you take corporate accounts?
A12. We have corporate accounts available. Please call (818)502-2013 for a corporate account application. Or ask for the Customer Service Manager for more information.
